Job summary
Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care and collaborative care to residents. You will participate with interdisciplinary teams to improve healing outcomes and support daily care needs.

Qualifications
- Holds active LVN or RN license in good standing in Texas.
- Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Resident-centered, compassionate nursing approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
- Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
- Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
- Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
- Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
- Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
- Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care
