Qualifications

• Current valid LPN or RN license in State.
• Wound care experience required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• At least one year of LPN/RN experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess wounds and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor infections and signs of infection.
• Provide wound care for surgical openings, ulcers, bed sores, feeding tube sites, abscesses.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure effective healing.
