Job summary
Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse to join our growing team. You will assess, treat, and manage wounds, collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications
- Must hold a Missouri RN or LPN license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Wound care experience preferred.
- Willingness to obtain Wound Care Certification within 1 year.
- Willingness to obtain Infection Prevention and Control Certification within 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments, reassessments, and ongoing wound management.
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans.
- Monitor wound progress and document treatments and outcomes.
- Identify changes in wound condition and communicate with medical team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, therapy, and dietary staff.
