You’ll collaborate with our clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes and flexible scheduling for work-life balance. This Full-Time, on-site role in Fort Worth, Texas emphasizes compassionate care, wound management expertise, and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas RN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and clear communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess and document patient needs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and provide wound care treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in patient condition.
