BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas is seeking a PRN Wound Care Nurse in Granbury, Texas to provide high-quality wound care and skilled nursing visits in the Fort Worth area.

You will work with a dedicated clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and compassionate care for patients and families. Responsibilities include skilled nursing visits, administering prescribed medications, educating families on care plans, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining precise documentation.

As a Wound Care Nurse at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care and skilled nursing visits to patients in the Fort Worth area.
