Job summary

BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to provide high-quality wound care and skilled nursing visits to patients in the Weatherford area. You will collaborate with our clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and compassionate care.

The role is PRN with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Requirements include a Texas RN license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and strong English communication.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess and document patient needs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and provide wound care treatments.

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in patient condition.

Role Overview:

As a Wound Care Nurse at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care and skilled nursing visits to patients in the Fort Worth area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and integrate passion with clinical excellence, elevating the care experience for our patients and their families. Your commitment to compassionate care will be supported by flexible scheduling to accommodate your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess and document patient needs.
