Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas RN license.

Role Overview:

As a Wound Care Nurse at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care and skilled nursing visits to patients in the Fort Worth area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and integrate passion with clinical excellence, elevating the care experience for our patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct skilled nursing visits to assess and document patient needs.


2. Administer medications as prescribed and provide wound care treatments.

Qualifications:
