Harborview Decatur is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN to provide specialized wound care and develop individualized care plans for residents. This role emphasizes comprehensive treatment, documentation, and adherence to infection control protocols in a compassionate, faith-based setting.

- Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role.

- Administer appropriate wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and wound irrigation.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing.
