Harborview-Thomaston is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse - RN/LPN to join our faith-based team in Georgia. You will perform wound assessments, create individualized care plans, and administer treatments including dressing changes and debridement.

The role emphasizes infection control, accurate documentation, and patient education to support healing and safety. Qualified candidates hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing and have prior wound care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a similar role.
