Job summary

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner: Master’s in Nursing is required.
• Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's in PA medicine/Health Sciences or PA program graduation.
• Licensure requirements in state of practice.
• AG/ANCC/AANPCP certifications and prescriptive authority eligibility.
