Stratus Wound Care seeks a skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant to join our team as a part-time 1099 independent contractor. Travel within a 75-mile radius is required, with compensation at $100 per patient visit and a generous bonus plan after 30 days.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas APRN/NP or PA license and bring strong wound care knowledge while delivering high-quality care in diverse settings, including skilled facilities and homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas APRN/NP or PA license.
• Wound care knowledge and practices preferred.
• Willingness to travel within 75 miles of assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Assess wounds and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Clean, debride, and dress wounds using aseptic technique.
• Monitor healing progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team on care plans.
