Job summary

Wound Haven in Texas is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a mobile wound care team delivering care to patients in homes and facilities across Texas.

Per-patient-chart compensation with potential bonus fees; full-time W-2 employment with benefits; travel within your assigned service area using your personal vehicle; schedule flexibility and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and Texas license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfort using an iPad and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within your scope and clinical protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and electronic health record.
• Organize your schedule to provide dependable patient care.
