Community Hospital Corporation seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced wound care to inpatient and outpatient populations in Texas. The NP evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and manages wounds, collaborating with physicians and the wound care team to deliver multidisciplinary, evidence‑based care.

Requirements: MSN or DNP, Texas APRN license (FNP/AGACNP/ACNP), BLS and ACLS, and board certification in wound care or plan to obtain within 6 months; 2–3 years of NP experience in wound

Formación

• Education: MSN or DNP from an accredited APRN program.
• Licensure: Texas APRN license in appropriate specialty.
• Board certification in wound care or plan to obtain within 6 months.
• 2–3 years NP experience, with focus on wound care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and wound evaluations for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Perform advanced non-surgical wound procedures and manage care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitalists, dieticians, and physical therapy.
• Document accurately in EHR, including wound measurements and outcomes.
