Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner specialization.
• Current state NP licensure.
• WCNP certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Prior orthopedic wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments for orthopedic patients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based wound care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and healthcare staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and self-care.
• Document care in electronic health records and ensure compliance.
