Job summary

Hireology is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to deliver high-quality wound care within our care team. You will perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and coordinate care with physicians to implement treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active LVN or RN license in good standing in Texas, has wound care experience, strong documentation and communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds and incisions.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing to ensure continuity of care.
