Job summary

Oakview Health & Rehab – Summerville, GA is seeking a licensed practical nurse with wound care experience. You will monitor skin conditions, administer treatments, document progress and communicate with physicians to support patient care. The role requires an active GA LPN license and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent LPN program completion.
• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and treat skin problems as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record treatment medications.
• Document patient progress, ailments, medications, symptoms and observations.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians and provide reports to Nursing Director.
• Assist in identifying and managing wounds and skin lesions; transfer or admit as needed.
