Northridge Health & Rehab in Commerce, GA is seeking an LPN to join a mission-driven, non-profit health system. You will monitor patient skin conditions, administer treatments, record progress, and communicate with physicians and nursing leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree or equivalent; graduate of approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia.

Aufgaben

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medication, symptoms and observations.
• Provide reports to Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in identifying, managing and treating wounds and skin lesions.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients; send to hospital when necessary.
• Complete documentation procedures on patients.
