Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our compassionate team. This full-time role pays $30.49 to $33.40 per hour with evening, night and weekend shift differentials.

Responsibilities include monitoring skin conditions, administering medications, documenting progress, coordinating with physicians, and supporting admissions, discharges, and transfers. We offer a robust benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications and observations.
• Provide reports to Nursing Director to support updates and actions.
• Identify, manage and treat acute and chronic wounds and skin lesions.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Refer patients to hospital when necessary.
• Perform compliance rounds and report issues.
• Follow up on consultant recommendations (pharmacy, dietary, etc.).
• Complete patient documentation with appropriate forms and Medicare notes.
• Support image and reputation of the System through leadership and collaboration.
• Contribute to committees, workgroups and project efforts.
