Job summary

Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will monitor skin conditions, administer prescribed treatments, document patient progress, and coordinate with the supervising RN for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or LPN program completed
• Active LPN license in Georgia
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician
• Administer and record treatment medications
• Chart patient progress, ailments, symptoms and observations
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing to support updates and actions
• Assist in identifying and managing wounds and skin lesions
• Maintain communication with attending physicians
• Complete Medicare and documentation procedures
• Promote the image of the System through professional conduct and teamwork
