Brown Health and Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on patient care in our community-focused facility. You’ll monitor skin conditions, administer medications, document progress, and collaborate with the nursing team to support optimal outcomes.

Competenze

• Nursing degree or LPN program graduate.
• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Mansioni

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications and observations.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing and support departmental updates.
• Identify, manage and treat wounds and skin lesions.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Complete Medicare documentation procedures.
