Job summary

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab in Dahlonega, GA is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide high‑quality patient care in a supportive, mission‑driven setting. You will monitor skin conditions, administer medications, document progress and collaborate with the nursing team and physicians.

This role offers daytime and evening shifts with pay starting at $32.40 per hour up to $35.57, plus shift differentials and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or LPN program completion.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skin problems and treat as ordered by physician.
• Administer and record all treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, medications, symptoms and observations.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing to support updates and actions.
• Assist in managing and treating wounds and skin lesions; communicate with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Complete documentation procedures and Medicare paperwork as required.
