Job summary

Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, seeking an LPN/LVN to support patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider.

Responsibilities include wound care, vein clinic assistance, case management support, and accurate patient data collection, using nursing systems. Strong teamwork and compliance with regulatory requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in BLS.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time-management.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider guidance.
• Assist in vein clinic and intake/discharge after training.
• Support case management under RN direction.
• Greet and gather patient information and required equipment.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with the team regarding therapeutic interventions.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy duties as trained.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed.
• Handle other duties as delegated.
