Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for patients with wounds, ostomies, fistulas, tubes, skin and incontinence issues.
• Works under the supervision of the Wound Care Clinician to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintains standards of practice, complies with policies, manages supplies and equipment, and promotes collaboration with staff.
