Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, GA seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide specialized wound care, ostomy and incontinence support, under the direction of the Wound Care Clinician.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining standards, managing supplies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Required: LPN license, BCLS, CEUs as per state; 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program required.
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• LPN license required; BCLS required; CEU compliance per state.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for patients with wounds, ostomies, fistulas, tubes, skin and incontinence issues.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care for patients with acute and/or chronic wounds, ostomies, fistulas, tubes, skin, and incontinence issues. Works under the direct supervision of the Wound Care Clinician or providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsible for maintaining the standards of practice, complying with established policy and procedure, managing supplies and equipment, and promoting collaboration with medical and other staff. Supports the facility's mission statement, achieving customer satisfaction and identifying system problems as opportunities for improvement.

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical experience in nursing Preferred
