Job summary

Tanner Health in Carrollton, GA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to assist physicians in clinical care, including patient assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. You will also support day-to-day clinical operations in the office.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, Georgia LPN or multistate license, and CPR certification. You will interact with patients, families, staff and physicians with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• Must be capable of dealing tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees and physicians.
• Must maintain high degree of confidentiality.
• Must possess the cognitive ability to understand patient's medical records, physician's orders and medical orders to be communicated to patient, hospital and/or other physician.
• Must possess the sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
