• Work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Stay current with the latest wound care techniques and treatments by participating in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.

As a Wound Care LPN, you will play a key part in supporting patient recovery and promoting optimal healing outcomes.
