Qualifications

• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide wound care and participate in hyperbaric treatments.
• Lead care coordination and delegate touchpoints among care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure direct patient care.
• Maintain safety and infection control per Joint Commission standards.
• Educate patients and families on continuum of care.
