Job summary

R3 Wound Care & Hyperbarics is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (LVN) to join our patient-centered team. The role emphasizes patient care coordination, wound care nursing support, and hyperbaric therapy delivery across our Advanced Healing Centers. Licensed LVNs with wound care experience are encouraged to apply.

You will participate in best-in-class training, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with safety and care protocols while working in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Compassionate, patient-focused bedside manner.
• Team-oriented with a positive professional demeanor.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, scheduling, and referrals with a focus on service excellence.
• Assist wound care providers with procedures and patient visits.
• Take vitals, document in EMR, and support clinical orders.
• Maintain inventory of medical/office supplies and accurate records.
