Job summary

The role oversees day-to-day operations across inpatient and outpatient locations, guiding budget processes and performance improvement initiatives to deliver high-value care.

You will collaborate with enterprise and care-site leadership, manage recruitment and staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient safety and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership experience required.
• Budget management experience required.
