Job summary

Intermountain Health in Billings, MT seeks a local leader to oversee day-to-day operations for wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric services across inpatient and outpatient locations. You will guide budget management, program development, and personnel leadership to deliver high-value care.

This role partners with care-site and enterprise leaders to drive safety, quality improvement, and clinical outcomes, while building strong teams and ensuring staffing, training, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Budget management experience.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to implement department strategies.
• Leads achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department financial performance and budget requests.
• Supports caregiver competency documentation and training.
• Resolves customer service concerns and ensures safe, efficient care.
