Job summary

Innovative Healing Systems seeks a Regional Hyperbaric Coordinator to lead clinical and operational hyperbaric programs across Florida and Georgia. You will supervise start-ups, mentor teams, ensure patient safety, and elevate service quality in a growing network of wound care and hyperbaric centers.

You are a CHt with Safety Director designation, capable of traveling up to 85% to support centers, train staff, and coordinate safety and compliance while driving program performance.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) credential.
• Current Hyperbaric Safety Director designation.
• Strong knowledge of hyperbaric medicine, chamber operations and patient safety.
• Excellent communication, training and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hyperbaric program oversight and consultation for centers.
• Travel extensively to support start-ups, staff onboarding and operations.
• Deliver hyperbaric safety, physiology and equipment training for teams.
• Serve as Hyperbaric Safety Director resource and provide coverage.
• Conduct chamber system orientations and competency validations.
• Mentor hyperbaric and wound care staff as a preceptor.
• Collaborate with directors to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage relationships with staff, physicians, clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and support expense management.
• Identify risks and escalate concerns; provide center coverage as needed.
• Foster a high-performing work environment focused on patient care.
