Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership-equivalent experience; budget management experience.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative teams in patient-based environments.
• Experience in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to develop and implement department strategies that align with Enterprise, Region, Caresite and Shared Services.
• Leads the achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Holds caregivers accountable for outcomes using patient satisfaction metrics and benchmarks.
• Develops and submits operating and capital budget requests.
