Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a local leader to manage a wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric shared service across multiple locations. You will shape strategy, optimize operations, and drive quality and safety while controlling budgets and resources.

The role collaborates with enterprise leaders, caresites, and providers to deliver high-value care and develop staff through education, performance reviews, and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration preferred.
• Able to work in a compressed gas environment.
• Current clinical license or compact license to work in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Experience in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across inpatient and outpatient locations.
• Develop, manage, and achieve budgetary and financial objectives.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and program service development.
• Manage personnel development and performance across locations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement department strategies.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate budgeting, staffing, and capital budget requests.
• Create a culture for caregivers that promotes safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
