Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration. Education is verified.
• Able to work in a compressed gas environment.
• Current clinical license or compact license with ability to obtain license to work in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Experience in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to implement department strategies.
• Leads to achieve goals and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manages department budget requests with Shared Service leadership.
• Holds caregivers accountable using patient satisfaction metrics.
• Serves as liaison for providers in the department and medical group leadership.
