The role oversees budgets, quality initiatives, and personnel management to drive high-value care. Collaboration with care-site leadership and multidisciplinary teams is essential.

The ideal candidate will have budget management experience, a healthcare leadership background, and clinical licensure if applicable. Prior wound care/hyperbaric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership experience required.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in medical field or healthcare administration preferred.
• Current clinical license or compact license with ability to obtain license to work in the state of employment (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers (if applicable).
• Experience working in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborates with provider leadership to implement department strategies.
• Leads achievement of goals and implements action plans to improve performance.
• Demonstrates cost-effective use of resources to meet financial goals.
• Develops and submits operating and capital budget requests with leadership.
• Participates in interdisciplinary committees across the organization.
• Creates a culture for caregivers that supports safe, effective, compassionate care.
• Holds caregivers accountable for outcomes using patient satisfaction metrics and benchmarks.
• Serves as a liaison for providers and medical group leadership.
• Manages department human resources including hiring, reviews, and staff development.
• Ensures documentation and maintenance of caregiver competency and training.
• Provide communication to caregivers and providers through rounding, huddles, and staff meetings.
• Resolves customer service concerns.
• Ensures facility is in good working order and that equipment is functioning properly.
