Job summary

Advanced Oxygen Therapy, Inc. (AOTI) is seeking an Account Support Representative for a field-based role serving Brooklyn and Queens. You will manage patient education, device delivery, setup, and ongoing support to ensure optimal TWO2 therapy and patient engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in patient-centered roles, strong communication, bilingual English plus Cantonese, Mandarin, or Russian, and a passion for compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages schedule for device delivery, setup, and pickup within the territory to maintain therapy effectiveness.
• Provides patients with defined education and support on products and user guides.
• Motivates and supports patients in the utilization of TWO2 therapy through empathetic, personalized encouragement.
• Actively tracks patient therapy data from remote monitoring systems and manual checks.
• Collaborates with WCC and Virtual Therapy team to optimize therapy utilization and wound progress.
