Encompass Health is seeking a Wound Care Clinician to join our team in Indiana. You will participate in wound evaluation, help develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to educate patients and families on wound care strategies.

The role emphasizes leading hospital-wide wound care education initiatives, with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes and ongoing professional development in a growing post-acute care system.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (RN, LPN/LVN, PT, OT) active in Indiana.
• Certification in Wound Care and Management preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Continuous updating of wound care knowledge through seminars and professional organizations.
• Minimum two years of wound care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with wound evaluation and the development of an appropriate plan of care for wounds.
• Document patient care problems and progress.
• Order appropriate specialty equipment for patients with supervisor approval.
