Qualifications

• Active state license as RN, LPN/LVN, PT or OT.
• CPR certification required.
• Certification in Wound Care and Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with wound evaluation and development of a plan of care for wounds.
• Documents patient care problems and progress.
• Orders appropriate specialty equipment for patients with supervisor approval.
