Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Wound Care Clinician to join our wound care program, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate wounds, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and lead hospital-wide wound care education initiatives.

Licensed clinicians (RN, LPN/LVN, PT, OT) with CPR certification and at least two years of wound care experience are encouraged to apply; wound care certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with active state license (RN, LPN/LVN, PT, OT).
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years of wound care experience; ongoing education in wound care mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess wounds and develop appropriate plan of care.
• Document patient care problems and progress.
• Order necessary wound care equipment with supervisor approval.

Qualifications
