Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Director - RN to lead the wound care program at Baptist Medical Center Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. The role oversees operations, staff, finances, quality improvement, and community education within the wound care continuum.

The position requires an active RN license and BS/BA in healthcareadmin or related field preferred, with marketing/community education experience a plus. Travel to affiliate sites may be required.

Formación

• Current RN license required and maintained during employment.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in business/healthcare admin preferred.
• Experience in marketing/community education in healthcare is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manage staff, performance, and HR processes in partnership with HR.
• Lead financial management, revenue cycle and cost control.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive referrals.
• Implement quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate clinical activities and ensure patient care quality.
