PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Houston Heights is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to oversee clinical activities in the Wound Care Center, coordinating care, leading the team and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and evaluation of wound care services within the center.

The position requires extensive wound care and HBO experience, an RN license, ACLS, CPR, and a BSN is preferred.

Formación

• RN with graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license for the state of employment
• ACLS certification is required; CPR certification current
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; wound care certification preferred
• Extensive wound care and HBO experience; prior supervisory experience is required

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
• Share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction within the center
• Lead clinical practices to support the program’s success

The Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including but not limited to organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care. Clinical Coordinator shares accountability for healing outcomes in the Center, which includes clinical practices and patient satisfaction leading to the success of the program.

• Education and Training: Provides documents or credentials of graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Registered Nursing License for the state in which the employee is working. ACLS certification is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Has current CPR certification and maintains same. Wound care certification, preferred.
• Experience: Extensive wound care and HBO experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience required.
