PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, FL seeks a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead and coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and clinical execution to support program success.

Required RN licensure, ACLS, CPR, and HBO experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with current RN license in the state.
• ACLS certification is required; CPR certification maintained.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Wound care and HBO experience preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction, leading to program success.

The Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including but not limited to organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care. Clinical Coordinator shares accountability for healing outcomes in the Center, which includes clinical practices and patient satisfaction leading to the success of the program.

• Education and Training: Provides documents or credentials of graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Registered Nursing License for the state in which the employee is working. ACLS certification is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Has current CPR certification and maintains same. Wound care certification, preferred.
• Experience: Extensive wound care and HBO experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience required.
