Job summary
PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Houston Heights is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to oversee clinical activities in the Wound Care Center, coordinating care, leading the team and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and evaluation of wound care services within the center.
The position requires extensive wound care and HBO experience, an RN license, ACLS, CPR, and a BSN is preferred.
Qualifications
- RN with graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license for the state of employment
- ACLS certification is required; CPR certification current
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; wound care certification preferred
- Extensive wound care and HBO experience; prior supervisory experience is required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
- Share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction within the center
- Lead clinical practices to support the program’s success
