PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dallas is seeking a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead clinical activities in the Wound Care Center, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes. The role requires an RN license, ACLS, CPR, and strong leadership skills to coordinate care across teams.

The incumbent will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of wound care services, with emphasis on staff supervision and patient satisfaction within a brand-new facility opening this

Competenze

• Must possess graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN License for the state of employment.
• ACLS certification is required; CPR certification must be current.
• Wound care experience and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and patient care.
• Share accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction in the program.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff as part of the Wound Care Center team.

The Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN)

is responsible for the coordination of clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including but not limited to organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care. Clinical Coordinator shares accountability for healing outcomes in the Center, which includes clinical practices and patient satisfaction leading to the success of the program.

• Education and Training: Provides documents or credentials of graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Registered Nursing License for the state in which the employee is working. ACLS certification is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Has current CPR certification and maintains same. Wound care certification, preferred.
• Experience: Extensive wound care and HBO experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience required.
