Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Two years RN experience or five years LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on assistance per department needs, including procedures and medications.
• Acts as first contact for patients, triage and medical guidance.
• Coordinates care plans and liaises with providers, departments and schedulers.
• Monitors patient appointments, testing and labs for the population.
• Assists with prior-authorizations and patient education.
