Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dynamic chief to lead the Wound Care Center, providing strategic, clinical and administrative oversight to deliver state-of-the-art patient care and drive innovations in wound management.

You will drive program growth, mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and technicians, implement evidence-based protocols including HBOT, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while pursuing faculty appointment with the Hackensack Meridian School

This dynamic role involves providing strategic, clinical, and administrative oversight for our comprehensive, multidisciplinary Wound Care Center, ensuring the delivery of state-of-the-art patient care and driving program growth and innovation.

Opportunity Information:

• Lead the clinical direction of the Wound Care Center, developing and implementing advanced, evidence-based treatment protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.
• Drive the strategic growth and development of the program, including the expansion of services and integration of new technologies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
