Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a related field.
• Illinois licensure/registration required; eligibility for MSO privileging.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, monitors, intervenes, coordinates and evaluates patient care.
• Collaborates with the patient, family and multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, cost-effective care.
• Initiates and implements changes in in-patient and outpatient wound care delivery.
• Opens opportunities to first-assist in the OR as needed.
• Provides continuing education and supports student/preceptor activities.
