Job summary

Fullerton Free is seeking a Sound Engineer and Worship Production Director to oversee worship production, AVL, and streaming for weekly services and events. Part‑time role (20–24 hours/week) with an hourly pay range of $30–$34.

You’ll partner with worship teams, pastors, and volunteers to deliver distraction‑free, high‑quality services. Lead production operations, mentor volunteers, adjust workflows, and ensure equipment is well‑maintained for in‑room and online experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience mixing live worship and streaming audio.
• Ability to lead and train volunteer production teams.
• Strong teamwork with worship, pastoral and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee worship service production, including front‑of‑house sound and streaming audio.
