Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in live production, church or similar environment.
- Experience overseeing production for weekly services and events.
- Strong knowledge of live audio, FOH, monitors, RF coordination, signal flow.
Responsibilities
- Translate creative vision into technical execution.
- Lead service flows across audio, lighting, video, playback, and other elements.
- Lead rehearsals and ensure production elements are prepared before Sunday.
- Recruit, train, and retain volunteers; develop future leaders.
- Coordinate with worship, communications, pastoral, and facilities teams.
