Williams Memorial UMC is seeking a skilled and dependable Worship Production Coordinator to oversee the technical production of our weekly worship services. This is a part-time position averaging 10–20 hours per week, with approximately 80% of the work taking place on Sunday mornings. Hours will vary throughout the year, with additional time needed during Advent, Easter, and other special worship services and events.
Primary Responsibilities
The Worship Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the technical elements of worship are prepared, staffed, and executed effectively. The Coordinator may personally operate a production position or schedule and oversee a trained volunteer.

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and enjoys working with musicians, worship staff, and volunteers.
A Ministry Team Role
The Worship Production Coordinator is part of the church's Worship Ministry and works collaboratively with worship staff and ministry leadership. This position focuses specifically on the technical production of worship and is not responsible for leading the overall worship ministry or directing its musical or spiritual vision.
The church will assist in recruiting production volunteers; the Coordinator will serve as the technical expert who trains, equips, schedules, and supports those volunteers.
